90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind Maravell. Try it for a full 90 days. If your milk supply doesn't improve, email us at support@maravell.com for a full refund. You do not need to return opened or used product to qualify.
Returns (unopened items)
You have 90 days from the date of delivery to return unopened items. To be eligible, your item must be:
- In its original, unopened packaging
- In a condition suitable for resale
To start a return or claim the guarantee, contact us at support@maravell.com with your order number and reason. We'll reply with next steps once your request is approved.
Return Shipping
For unopened-item returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend a trackable method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. Money-back guarantee refunds require no return shipping.
Refunds
Once approved, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns for:
- Requests made after 90 days
- Final sale items (if marked as such)
