Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

• In its original packaging

• Returned in a condition suitable for resale

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@maravell.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exceptions
We do not accept returns for:

• Items returned after 30 days

• Final sale items (if marked as such)
